Rudy was professional when communicating over text, email, phone and in person. Although we were in constant communication about updates or any questions I might have had, I did not feel pressure to commit to anything. I can appreciate him doing his job and being motivated to make a sale without being pushy. Rudy is an asset to the company and needs to be given recognition for his hard work. Overall it was a great experience! My wife and I absolutely love our new car and wish Rudy the best.
